GearMate® 1000
A premium, lithium complex, high-performance, extreme pressure lubricant designed for use on open gears and other severe applications like mining draglines, and shovels, ball mills and kilns. GearMate® 1000 meets Bucyrus specification SD4713.
Surstik™ 800
A premium, aluminum complex, high-performance, extreme pressure lubricant designed to protect open gears, slow-moving bearings, bushings and other highly loaded components. Surstik™ 800 meets Bucyrus specification SD4713 and is compatible with Surstik™.
Envirolube® XE
Envirolube XE is a premium, non-aslphatic based, high performance, liquid gear composition. It is formulated with a special extreme pressure additive system designed to reduce wear, prevent scuffing and pitting, and smooth out worn surfaces on severely loaded open gears. Envirolube XE is the most environmentally friendly liquid gear composition on the market today.
Envirolube®
Envirolube® is a premium asphaltic-based high performance liquid gear composition.
Combines a fast-drying, chlorine-free solvent with robust extreme pressure (EP) additives to reduce wear, prevent scuffing and pitting, and smooth worn surfaces on severely loaded gears. Envirolube has been the product of choice for many OEM's and end-users around the world for over 25 years.
BMG-6000™
Designed for use on the most severely loaded open gears. It is especially useful where gears have previously been damaged due to severe load or improper lubrication.
Decathlon™ Gold
A synthetic lubricant formulated to protect heavily loaded open gears on kilns, ball mills, dryers, and pellitizers. It is also suitable for use with slow-moving enclosed gears.
Surstik™
A paste-type lubricant specially formulated for use on mining shovels and draglines to reduce the adverse effects of severe dust and dirt contamination, water, ice and snow, and changes in temperature.
